Why can't I see my list on my iPad?

First check that both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple account, and that Korbi is allowed under Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. Syncing runs in the background and sometimes takes a moment. Without iCloud each device keeps its own lists — the app works fully, just locally.

Can I share a list with someone?

Yes, by link. Open the list and tap the share symbol, or swipe the row right in the overview. There you get Copy link and Share link — which app carries it is the last decision, not the first. Whoever opens the link is in: no invitation, no adding people. After that you see the same thing — what one of you ticks off is gone for the others too. Every list is shared on its own. Stop sharing makes the link stop working and everyone else loses the list. If you no longer want a list somebody shared with you, swipe it left in the overview and choose "Leave list". You can also still take any text list somebody sends you and turn it into a real one in seconds — see the next question.

How do I turn a message into a list?

Copy the text. In the overview tap + → From text, or inside an open list tap the document icon at the top right. Paste, check the preview, done. Korbi splits on commas and line breaks, understands bullets, numbers and checkboxes, and pulls out amounts like “2 kg”, “6” or “1 crate”. Put a heading like “Barbecue:” on top and it becomes the name of the new list.

An item is in the wrong aisle

Press and hold the row and choose Move to aisle. Or swipe the row to the right, tap Edit and pick the aisle at the bottom.

How do I change a quantity?

Swipe the row right, tap Edit. The quantity field is already active. You can also type the amount straight into the name: “2kg flour” becomes Flour · 2kg.

My product has no icon

Then the catalogue does not know it yet and you get the aisle's icon instead. The item works exactly the same. Tell me what was missing — that is how the catalogue grows.

How do I reorder the aisles?

Gear icon at the top left, then drag the aisles into your shop's order. Fridge and freezer sit last on purpose, so the cold chain breaks for the shortest time. Drag them forward and Korbi says so once, then leaves you alone.

Why does the add sheet stay open?

Because nobody buys exactly one thing. What has already landed is listed inside the sheet under “added”. Done at the top left takes you back to the list.

I deleted a list by accident

An Undo bar appears at the bottom for a few seconds. After that it is gone for good — on your other devices too, and for anyone you had shared it with, because the deletion syncs like any other change. There is no bin to bring it back from.
